MLP Consulting
Websites · Lead follow-up · AI tools

More customers.Fewer late nights.

I build the websites, follow-up systems and AI tools that owner-run businesses never have time to build for themselves. Leads get answered in minutes, your site earns trust on sight, and the paperwork handles itself. You approve the templates and rules up front, and anything personal waits for your OK.

Services

Six problems I fix for good.

Every one starts with something owners tell me in the first five minutes. Pick one or combine several; each is built around how your business actually runs.

01
A restaurant website with table reservations, on desktop and phone

"Our website is old and I'm afraid to touch it."

A website you're proud to send people to

Fast, secure and as good as your work. I keep what already works and turn visitors into inquiries.

  • Redesign, or a careful rebuild of your current site
  • Security cleanup for hacked or outdated sites
  • Quote and booking forms that reach you instantly
  • Hosting, backups and ongoing care
02
A brokerage site's home valuation form with an instant confirmation to the seller

"Leads come in and we answer them the next day."

Every lead answered in minutes

Inquiries land in one place and get a reply right away, with the best ones flagged first and nobody forgotten.

  • Instant replies by text or email, from templates you approve, that book a time
  • Leads graded so you call the right ones first
  • Follow-ups at the right moments until it's a yes or no
  • Review requests after every job or sale
03
A library of local guides written for search

"Nobody finds us on Google."

Found on Google, and structured for AI search

Show up when local customers search, with a site, reviews and guides structured so ChatGPT and Google's AI can find and cite your business.

  • Google Business Profile set up and kept current
  • Service and area pages that match real searches
  • Helpful guides that answer customers' questions
  • Listings kept consistent across every directory
04
Short vertical video ads in claymation and blueprint styles

"I know we should post, but there's no time."

Marketing that makes itself

Short videos, posts and emails made from your real work, drafted for you to approve in minutes.

  • Vertical video ads for TikTok, Reels and Facebook
  • A week of posts, approved in one sitting
  • Emails that bring past customers back
  • Paid ads with a clear cost per lead
05
An office app listing what needs the owner's attention today

"I do the paperwork at night."

Your evenings back

Tools that read your email, track jobs and money, and draft the routine documents for you.

  • Receipts, payments and inquiries sorted from your inbox
  • Estimates, proposals and invoices drafted for you
  • Reminders for late payments and next steps
  • Works with tools you already use, like QuickBooks
06
A team dashboard with leads, approvals and weekly numbers

"I don't know which marketing is actually working."

Know what's working, every week

One place to see leads, approvals and results, plus AI assistants your staff can use safely every day.

  • A weekly scorecard: leads, wins and where they came from
  • One dashboard where your team approves what goes out
  • Custom AI assistants trained on how you work
  • Staff training and simple written guides
The short version

You don't need more software. You need the leads you already get answered fast, a website that wins trust, and your evenings back.

A design-build remodeling company

A connected toolkit for a small crew doing kitchens, baths and decks: a public website, an office app, a phone-friendly job tracker, and a video ad and posting system.

ViewClose

I'm working with a small design-build company to improve how it presents its work, manages jobs and reaches customers. The pieces below fit together into one system, and new features are tested and introduced as the owner's needs evolve.

The situation

Jobs, phased payments and expenses lived in a spreadsheet. Leads, receipts and payments arrived by email, estimates were written by hand, and crew hours never made it onto the books, so every job looked more profitable than it was.

What I'm building

  • A public website with service pages and 57 plain-spoken local remodeling guides
  • An office app on the owner's own computer: inbox review, estimates, payments and job details, with the owner approving every step
  • A phone-friendly job tracker for crew hours, costs and what each job really earns
  • Short video ads in six styles, and a weekly schedule that queues finished posts

Decisions that mattered

  • The owner isn't technical, so the office app went from 14 tabs to 5 groups, with larger text and every button easy to tap
  • The first tracker had no menu on small screens, so a crew member on a phone couldn't get around; it now has a bottom tab bar
  • Testing against a copy of the real data caught an update that would have hidden every job, and it was fixed before it reached the owner

How it's built

  • Customer data stays on the owner's computer
  • The AI reads and drafts; nothing reaches the books or a customer until the owner approves it
  • Estimates go out from the owner's own email, only when the owner presses Send
  • I set the direction, research the trade and review every change, using AI tools to build faster

What we'll measure next

Time to prepare an estimate, the share of jobs with crew hours logged, how fast new leads get a reply, website inquiries, and the owner's own feedback.

An independent boutique brokerage

Website rebuild and security fix, a modern redesign, and eight AI tools for agents in one Team Hub.

The situation

A respected firm with a dated website. While rebuilding it, I found hackers had quietly injected spam links across its pages. The team was proud of what it had built, so the plan added to it rather than starting over.

What I built

  • The existing site rebuilt page for page, with the spam removed
  • An optional modern redesign with listing search
  • A 24/7 lead responder, listing kit, review engine, social and video tools, and market reports
  • A Team Hub where agents approve everything

Ten websites for local businesses

A med spa, a boba shop, a bakery, a dental office and six more, each with its own layout and the tools its customers actually use.

The idea

Most small-business sites are a template with a phone number. These show what yours could be instead: a site that looks like nobody else’s and does real work, so customers can book, order or ask without picking up the phone.

What they have in common

  • A design built around the business, not a theme
  • Booking, ordering or inquiries that work on the page
  • Prices and hours where people look for them
  • Fast, clean and easy to use on a phone

A client system, from first click to paid

Website, online booking, a CRM pipeline and a live dashboard, connected so every new inquiry lands in one place.

The idea

Inquiries usually arrive through a contact form, a phone call, a calendar invite and a notebook, and leads slip between them. This system puts every step from the first click to a paying client on one screen. I run my own business on it every day.

What it does

  • A booking page with your hours, buffers and intake questions, synced to your calendar
  • Every booking and form inquiry recorded in a free HubSpot CRM
  • A pipeline from first call to ongoing client, with next steps and dates
  • A live dashboard on the web and as a desktop app, showing bookings, deals and monthly revenue

How I work

Three promises, in writing.

01

You stay in control

You approve the templates and automation rules before anything goes live, so routine replies like booking confirmations go out instantly in your words. Personal messages wait as drafts until you review them. AI drafts; people decide.

02

You own everything

Your domain, accounts, data and customer list stay yours, documented so anyone can maintain it.

03

Results you can check

Progress measured in real leads, replies and wins. No inflated claims, ever.

About

Myles Parslow

I studied philosophy at USC in the Thematic Option honors program, and I'm based in Southern California. I learned to break a messy problem into clear steps, and that's still how I approach every project.

I build AI tools for owner-run businesses. Recent projects include an office app, website and video ad studio for a design-build remodeling company, a website and AI toolkit designed for a real estate brokerage, and AI advisory for law firms through Sidebar. I've also built a portfolio of 15 working AI tools for legal work, including a full law-firm operations suite. All of them follow the rules I bring to every client: the AI shows its sources, gets checked in code where it can, and a person approves anything that matters.

I've also spent more than four years inside AmLaw firms in conflicts and risk, where I now lead the daily conflicts workflow, sit on the firm's AI Task Force and serve as AI lead for the Risk Department. One human-reviewed AI workflow I built there cut turnaround on conflict waivers by 90%. You deal with me from first call to launch.
